May I Call You Agnes?

Agnes suffers a terrible mugging in the grounds of her high-rise council estate, in full view of an Elders charity staffed by a brutal and bigoted ex-social worker who relishes the opportunity to abuse Agnes for a second time.

The charity worker visits Agnes wanting to move her into a care home, much to Agnes' horror — until her neighbour comes to her rescue and proposes to her after loving her from afar for years.
